My mom always told me that Halloween is the day of the devil, celebrating is a sign of praising him.
I didn’t learn this until after I had children. Been in church all my life but never taught this . Since then I don’t do Halloween. My grands do dress up and go to family and friends but I pray they get over this .
Yeah, I totally understand. I tell my kids the same thing.
I never went trick or treating or anything. My parents are religious, but I’m not sure if that was why or if they were just too lazy to take us lol. Interesting though
