Is the Cumulative Evidence for Christianity Strong or Weak?

Surely there is something here of interest.

Reasoned Cases for Christ

The links below are some of the informational links that are available on the Internet which support the strong cumulative evidence for Christianity. However, before you check them out I think it is prudent to make a quote from J. Warner Wallace’s book entitled Cold Case Christianity with regard to the bias that all of us have.

“Make no mistake about it, all of us have a point of view; all of us hold opinions and ideas that color the way we see the world. Anyone who tells you that he (or she) is completely objective and devoid of presuppositions has another more important problem: that person is either astonishingly naive or a liar.”

What that means for me is that someone who, in his/her heart, fundamentally hates God or refuses to accept the possibility of His existence, and/or does not earnestly seek to know Him, is not going to…

Chapel of Hope Stories

Dear Reader:

Much needed God winks continue to blink, especially during these late winter dreary gray days with intermittent rain forthcoming. Compared to the weather around the rest of the nation ( snow blizzards, floods, droughts)  I know I should be down on my knees remembering Paul’s second letter to the church at Thessalonica…”In everything give thanks.” (And I do believe everything covers dreary gray days!)

I remember hearing or reading once that the most life-altering/forming  times are usually found during the ‘dull in-between times.’ How true…we actually function better during busy times, expectant times, or even in crisis times. It truly is the “dull in-between” periods that bring on bad cases of the “blahs” and test our faith more than ever.

But these trying times have a flip side…we are more open to signs and winks… than at other self-satisfied occasions. Our loyal post reader, Beverly…

Salvation’s Recipe | How To Receive Christ

Happy Valentine Day from the one who loves you the most.
Jesus Christ son of the most high

Inside Cup

I find it fitting this gets published on Valentines Day. The greatest gift we could ever receive from Someone loving us so much. I am so thankful for how God led me writing the post and putting a creative twist on looking at salvation.

Written July 6th, 2017

*After covering why salvation is needed it is important to know how you and I can accept Christ. It is more than saying a few words of believing in Christ. It’s more than simply admitting we are a sinner.

Be ready to examine your heart.

*What Does The Heart Represent?

Is Christ in your heart?

(NIV) 1 Samuel 16:07, “The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”

Why the heart? Why do people say ask Christ into your heart? The heart is talked about both in the…

GREEN NEW DEAL is ‘Recipe for Killing Almost Everyone on Planet Earth’ Says Former Co-Founder of Greenpeace

Wake up folks.

Absolute Truth from the Word of God

Since 2015, I have been writing articles on the Georgia Guidestones and the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

What do these have in common?  The Georgia Guide Stones (GGS), an eerie monument of sorts, clearly spells out the Globalist’s agenda for our planet. There are ten commandments on GGS, which has been called the  “Stonehenge”  of America.

Here are the ten commandments engraved on the stones:

  • Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
  • Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.
  • Unite humanity with a living new language.
  • Rule passion — faith — tradition — and all things with tempered reason.
  • Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
  • Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
  • Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
  • Balance personal rights with social duties.
  • Prize truth — beauty — love — seeking harmony with the infinite.
  • Be not a cancer on the earth — Leave room…

Street Apologist Interview with Frank Turek: “ATHEISTS Steal From GOD”!

The Domain for Truth

Street Apologist LIVE with VOCAB MALONE has livestream every Tuesday and Thursday and last week they had an interview with Christian apologist Frank Turek on Jan 31, 2019.

This is what the show’s description was about:

Dr. Frank Turek shows how atheists “steal” reason, evidence, science from God trying to make their case for atheism. Atheists can’t make their case without appealing to realities only theism can explain. Atheists DO NOT have reason, evidence, & science on their side!

Here’s the video of the interview:

Say It with Me: Cognitive Dissonance

Here's the thing...

This is the third installment of a series, introducing terms and ideas that may be unfamiliar to most but are increasingly necessary for the thinking Christian to understand.

“But they’re organic!”

Because we don’t have a Trader Joe’s near our house, whenever my wife can make a trip out to the closest one, she stocks up. I grew up on a steady diet of Crisco and high fructose corn syrup. So, when she introduced me to the reasonably-priced organic food store, I had a lot to learn. Joe-Joe’s, organic equivalent to Oreos, made the learning curve much easier.

They are not all that bad—as long as you haven’t had an Oreo in a while for comparison. And, did I mention they’re organic? Nutritious and delicious, right?

After polishing off the first box within a couple of days, my wife warned me to ease up. “But they’re organic!” My naivete must…
