Total 37 lemons. And this was after selling a couple of dozen and giving away to family at least 2 doz and freezing a couple doz. for my self. Was this her ” last Hoorah”> Time will tell.

Hello beloved, and Happy New Year. Ever since we went through the miracle of birth series and discussed the lungs I’ve wanted to talk to you about trees. Trees are often mentioned in the Bible, whether as a symbol for the land they grow in, or in the literal garden of Eden where two very special trees were planted. There’s really no end to the wonders of Gods intelligent design, and as we delve into the science of trees, recall, dear ones, that we are “thinking Gods thoughts after Him”.

Most of God’s creations He designed to breath in oxygen and breath out carbon dioxide. Trees, along with a few other plants and algae, do the very opposite. These amazing blessings from God don’t just take in carbon dioxide, but also ‘breath’ in poisons from the air, such as ozone and ammonia, which they then trap in their leaves. This…

Hi friends! As 2017 draws to a close and we all start thinking about what we want to accomplish in the new year I want to remind you that you can start something great at any time. You don’t have to wait for the beginning of a new year or even a new week to make positive changes and go after your goals.

It’s not long into these talks when I hear “As soon as I ______ then I will get to __________.”  Or “If only I could _________ then I would___________.” When the “as soons” and “If only’s” start to rear their ugly heads I know my friends are in trouble. As Soon and If Only are sneaky little devils. They enable us to put off the really great…

4 out of 5

Purchase: Westminster Amazon

This was a helpful and edifying booklet.  It is a “minibook” that is part of the “Resources for Personal Change” series published by New Growth Press.  The author William Smith is an adjunct faculty in the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation has written an excellent resource for those who are going through trials and asking the question of why God allows bad things to happen.  It is an excellent resource for Biblical and Pastoral Counselors to give the counselee and have them read and highlight/underline for study and meditation.  For my own use I read this title along with a church member I was discipling and counseling as…
